Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions are designed to protect both site owners and visitors. They define the rules for using the site, user rights and responsibilities, as well as the terms and conditions of sale and cancellation for the services offered.
As a couples therapist specialising in multicultural couples, my terms and conditions include detailed information on session confidentiality, payment methods, mutual commitments during consultations, and procedures in the event of session cancellation or postponement. Each couple is unique, which is why I ensure that my terms and conditions are tailored to their specific needs.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure a smooth operation, all booked sessions are due as outlined below.

 

If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to avoid penalty fees. Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee, while cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will require the full session payment (100%). I accept payments via card, cash, and online through my banking partner. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
